our town and the surrounding communities of southern Saratoga County
with volunteer fire and EMS protection.

Recruitment & Retention Print and Media
Marketing Campaign 2026
The Halfmoon Hillcrest Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive recruitment and retention marketing services in support of its FEMA SAFER Grant initiative.
The selected vendor will develop and implement a strategic print and media marketing campaign designed to increase volunteer firefighter recruitment, strengthen member retention, and enhance community awareness. Services may include campaign strategy, print marketing materials, digital advertising, website development and hosting, recruitment video and photography production, social media outreach, community engagement materials, campaign management, and performance reporting.
